SANTA CRUZ II
This home is situated on the corner of a high-traffic intersection. Having very little space in the back yard, the homeowners desired a private courtyard in their front yard to shield them from the street. They were able to reach an agreement with the city planning department to enclose part of the front yard within high walls, allowing us to design a colorful Mediterranean garden for the street and a private sanctuary for the homeowners.
