SANTA CRUZ V

This mid-century beach house was a nondescript U-shaped box with great possibilities when the homeowners purchased it. Beyond the entrance garden there are three distinct courtyards, each with its own ambiance. Corrugated metal fencing and elevated hedges connect the courtyards and screen neighboring rooftops.
